Eligibility Criteria

UC Social Protection Officers Job Duties
Community Engagement:
- Develop strong relationships with community members to understand their needs and challenges.
- Conduct community meetings and workshops to disseminate information about BISP programs and benefits.
- Serve as a liaison between the community and BISP to ensure effective communication and feedback.
Beneficiary Identification:
- Identify eligible beneficiaries for the BISP programs through surveys and data collection.
- Verify and validate beneficiary information to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all beneficiaries within the assigned Union Council.
Program Implementation:
- Assist in the roll-out of BISP programs at the Union Council level.
- Ensure that all beneficiaries receive their entitlements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor the distribution of financial aid and other resources to prevent fraud and misuse.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to social protection programs.

Capacity Building:

- Candidates are advised to 18 in the entire application form carefully, particularly ensure correct entries of personal particulars, CNIC number, domicile, educational qualification, religion, gender and functional phone number etc.
- Separate online application form shall be required to be filled if a candidate wishes to apply on more than one post (the candidate can apply on maximum two posts in any districts/tehsi/UC)
- TADA shall not be admissible. The original documents shall be checked at the time of interview, in case of any discrepancy, the candidature would be liable to be canceled.
- Candidates in Government Service will have to resign from their service before joining, if they are selected.
